Where's Saginaw????

I gave up posting for a while to see if anyone would notice. Sadly it took a long time for Tracie to comment... I might just go back to sleep for a while.

I am spending the month of October in Saginaw, Michigan http://www.saginaw-mi.com/ . I had the opportunity to take some rotations out of the Pittsburgh area over the course of the winter, so I said "sign me up". The result is that I am spending 5 of the next 6 months out of town. Keeping up on school and homework is a little more difficult when being out and about, but so far things are going alright.
School, the clinical part anyway, is really fun. The further you get from Pittsburgh, or where ever your school is located, the higher your IQ reads. Anesthesia practice is very different out here in Michigan. The practice is very independent. I like to work independently, but it was weird for the first day. I will be spending the winter in Clarion, and Danville, PA. It should be fun as well. The students located over there sound like they really enjoy it.
